Dear neighbours, friends & families of Oakville’s Ward 7 region, 

 

Election Day is Monday, October 26th — and advance polling begins on October 7th, 2026.

​

Thank you to all who reached out to me, with kind words encouraging me to run for  Regional Councillor. I am grateful for the continued support you all have shown my team on our campaign trail. It’s been an exhilarating journey thus far and I’ve enjoyed meeting many of you. I’m excited to continue listening to everyone’s views, ideas, and suggestions to improve our ward, and I hear your frustration.

 

Our ward has been stagnant for quite some time, and our concerns as residents have been largely neglected. I ran for the position of Town Councillor in 2018 and 2022— and although I wasn’t elected, I’ve remained committed and involved wherever needed in improving Ward 7. I’m thrilled to be running again but this time as your Regional and Town Councillor.  I will be pushing for connectivity, transparent communication, and accountability. As a resident of Ward 7 for the past fourteen years, I understand that our ward often feels excluded from the rest of Oakville.

 

I won’t make any inflated or pretense promises, but I can promise that I’m here to listen. With an open door communication policy, I’m striving to create an inclusive atmosphere where all voices in Ward 7 are heard and represented. I am doing my best to knock on every door in our ward, so that you can make an informed decision about Ward 7’s leadership for the next four years.

As one of your neighbours, I have felt your emotions over the years, as our ward struggled to keep up with the unique challenges brought upon by significant growth. As a community leader, advocate, and volunteer, I will be a strong voice at council. As a parent of two adult children, I have the drive and I want to give back to the community that my family calls home. Guided by principles of diversity, sustainability, and advocacy, let’s work together to create a livable ward for future generations. 
 

Oakville’s ward 7 is still developing, and it needs full-time care and attention. I am serious about our neighbourhood and I promise to dedicate myself fully to take care of the issues that are lagging behind and long overdue.

It’s time to roll up our sleeves, do better, and fight for fairness for Ward 7, Oakville. For those that are undecided, or those who I missed at the door, please look at my platform and vision and feel free to connect with me.
